Hello my name is Rocky!!

I came to the shelter through no fault of my own unfortunately my owner could no longer look after me.

Slowly I am adjusting to shelter life and just recently I have started to come out of my shell and venture out of my hidey hole with the help of the staff here and making a new cat friend things are starting to look up.

I have spent some time in a foster home and am much more comfortable in a home environment one of my favourite things is to crawl up on your lap and have cuddles!! I'm quite a sleepy boy during the day so a good hidey hole and some comfy bedding will help me when I transition into my fureverrrr home.

I'll be honest since I'm a little more mature than most of the cats around here toys aren't my favourite things. I much prefer hoooman contact however do like to stroll around the house and find the comfiest spot!!

I came from a home with other cats and since being here have been matched up with other cats. If you do have another cat at home it would be best to introduce us slowly however I like to do my own thing and wont bother your other cat with too much attention!

If you are interested in adopting an older sweet gentlemen such as myself please speak to front counter my foster carer would love to be able to do the adoption ticket with you however if she is not available one of our other friendly staff members would love to bring you through and introduce me to you!
