About Roxy ~ 9mo Whippet X Mastiff (Trial 11/6/16)
Introducing the stunning Roxy. This gorgeous girl is a Whippet x Mastiff and is only 9 months old. She is a very affectionate and playful girl.
Roxy is very gentle with children and has been around a mixture of ages from babies to teens. She is excellent with other dogs of all shapes and sizes and she is great with cats too. She is not suitable for a home with small animals like rabbits, guinea pigs and chickens.
Roxy is house trained and loves to sleep on her bed all night. She is a typical puppy so needs some exercise and toys to keep her occupied and she would love to do some more training with you.
Roxy would love a home where someone is home with her most days. This girl would be a great addition to a family with children to play with her though she will sneak in a lick or two whenever possible.
Roxy loves to wrestle and zoom around the yard – she is very playful. She will need a minimum of 5 foot fencing to keep her safe.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
