About Choco ~ Fox Terrier, 7yo, (On Trial 30/5/16)
Choco, a 7 year old foxy x, must be the friendliest and happiest dog I’ve ever met. I’m going to make a list of his positives and negatives just so you see how wonderful he is.
Positives
• Choco loves everyone; kids, elderly, visitors, neighbours.
• Cuddles are a definite favourite thing.
• He is great with other dogs, especially if they like to have a bit of a run around.
• Well behaved; Choco loves to be a good boy and do as he is told.
• He is pretty quiet and hardly ever barks.
• Happy, Happy, Happy, Happy; loves to wag his tail.
• No signs of aggression at all.
• He is also a pretty relaxed sort of a dog; always loves a bit of time in front of the TV.
• Choco loves to go for a ride in the car; visiting friends makes his day.
• He would love to keep someone company on their daily walks.
• Completely toilet trained; can sleep inside without making even a little mess.
• Doesn’t dig in the garden or try to escape.
• He is destined to make a family very, very happy.
Negatives
• I can’t think of any

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
