About Teddy
Meet TEDDY ...... If you love your staffies small and chunky, social (with dogs as well as people) housetrained, happy, joyful and affectionate but able to put on the soulful staffy eyes when the camera comes out, then Teddy might be the boy for you.
Teddy has only just arrived into care from a country pound. He arrived with no training but has now started on learning his basic commands, how to behave in a family home and walk on leash. He is smart and very food motivated and willing to learn and take direction.
Our vets think Teddy is about 2 years old and he's probably a staffy mix. He appears to be in good health, is very fit and agile and has a beautiful thick brindle coat. He loves to cuddle and snuggle with his humans, but is happy to quietly sleep in his own bed at night (with or without one of the other dogs in his home) and not disturb anyone. We are still getting to know Teddy but he doesn't appear to be a barker, and he hasn't shown any inclination to try and escape or climb.
If you like the sound of Teddy and can offer him a family home where he will be an inside/outside dog sharing in family life, and where the family will continue with his socialisation and training, then this little boy would love to hear from you.
Teddy has not yet been introduced to cats or other small mammals.
Teddy is in foster care on the lower north shore in Sydney. As with all our dogs and cats, his new family will have a two week trial period.
