Hi there my name is Patch...

I came to the RSPCA as my previous owners could no longer care for me and I am now looking for my new forever family.

I am a sweet quiet man who is looking for a nice family who will understand that I sometimes get a little worried when people run around and make a lot of noise.

I can take a little bit of time to settle into a new home but I can be a really sweet playful boy once I have! I really love to play fetch it's my FAVOURITE game!

I've met a few dogs since being in the shelter and I've gotten along with them well. I can come across as a bit rude to other dogs as I just get so excited around them and bark at them to get them to play with me. Once I meet them though I settle down and just want to play!

Being a working breed I can be quite an intelligent boy so lots of enrichment such as toys kong's and even training me to learn tricks like 'shake' can be really good to keep my mind active and healthy. Daily walks would also be really great!

I'm a gentle boy that prefers the quiet life most of the time so having somewhere calm and warm I can lay down for the rest of the day would just be the best thing ever.
