About Pugsley ~ 3yo male purebred Pug (on trial 21/05/16
Pugsley is a 3 year old purebred Pug boy. He is a happy little fella that just loves attention.
Pugsley loves to go for strolls - he is good on a lead and while interested in other dogs, he is in no way aggressive. He is an absolute dream with his quiet and gentle nature.
He is happy to be left in the backyard for short periods but would definitely need to be an inside dog. Pugsley is toilet trained and loves human company. He does like to just lay in the sun in the yard, however, he will need a secure yard as he is an escape artist.
He lives with children where he sleeps on a bed next to them. He also lives with two cats. He is fascinated to see the cats, but is easily distracted from them. He gets on great with other dogs and wouldn’t mind having a playmate or two.
Pugsley would suit most homes - his ideal home would with someone who is home most of the time and is happy to spoil him.
For more information or to meet Pugsley, please contact his foster carer Alison on 0400 929 599 or email cbc.sinclair@bigpond.com. Pugsley is in foster care in Swansea, NSW (Lake Macquarie, south of Newcastle) and is available for adoption interstate.
Pugsley's adoption fee is $450 and he is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and lifetime registered. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
