About Rosie - On hold - meet and greet booked
Sweet little Rosie arrived into Wally's care extremely underweight, but is now thriving in foster care. Rosie is an affectionate and gentle soul who can be timid when meeting new people but once she feels comfortable with you, will be your perfect little lap dog. She's currently in foster care with 3 other small dogs and also children. Rosie has shown to be quite dominant with other female dogs and without a doubt, has found a best friend in her host foster brother Rocko who is a Chihuahua.
Rosie is playful and loves to wrestle gently with her mate Rocko, also sleeping side by side with him. They are like two peas in a pod! Rosie is fully toilet trained and will be rehomed as an inside dog only. It seems Rosie isn't used to walking all that much but does walk well on lead. This little lady LOVES affection and loves nothing more than to snuggle up with you, wherever you are.
We are looking for a home for Rosie that will suit her personality and needs. A home where she would have another small male dog to keep her company or an only dog home with someone who is home alot. Due to Rosie's desire for affection from her humans, she will not be adopted into a home where she is left alone for long periods of time.
Wyong Dog Training Club will provide 3 free dog training sessions http://wyongdogtrainingclub.org.au/ . So please be sure to utilise this awesome gift which will benefit both you and Rosie.
Rosie will come microchipped, vaccinated, desexed, wormed and flea treated. She will be available for adoption from Saturday 21st May and is in foster care at Toukley on the Central Coast, NSW.

Wally's Doggie Rescue put a lot of time and effort into ensuring our dogs/pups are sociable and made to feel part of the family, so in considering adoptions, these are the type of things we will be looking for in a new family.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
