About Theon (Cat Tolerant - On Trial)
I am Theon Greyhound and I just love everybody! I am very friendly, I get along with other doggies big and small, humans big and small, and joy oh joy I passed my cat test so I could live with them too!
At only one year old I am just a baby with learning to do and I like to poke my nose into everything and find out what it’s about (as the humans found out during my cat test sleepover this can be very entertaining). Since I’m a greyhound and we weren’t last in the queue when they were handing out snouts this is very easy for me to accomplish. I am also at the ideal counter surfing height but I need a home to help me perfect this new found skill. I LOVE FOOD! I’m very eager to please everyone, and if you happen to have a tasty morsel about your person I’m sure I would be quite responsive to training. I could do with a bit of fattening up too…
I would best suit a home where there was a bit of legroom and people or other doggies to keep me occupied as I am still a puppy with a bit more energy than your older houndie. I would probably get quite bored by myself and you wouldn’t want that would you?

Adoption details
Once we have found your new greyhound we will send you an application form to complete and return. Then we will arrange a house check. It is important that the right hound goes to the right home! We can arrange for you to meet the dog/s and they can meet your family and/or other pets. Our hounds go “on trial” with your family for a minimum of 2 weeks. We have dogs that are small dog and cat friendly.
We expect greyhounds to be 'indoor dogs' and not left alone for long periods of time. Ideally they would have a doggy or human friend for company most of the time.
