**Temporarily on hold, Mandy is helping to raise an orphan baby**

Mandy was dumped with lots of guinea pigs in varying states of illness and malnutrition, and was the first to be caught and brought to rescue. The very next day she gave birth to two extremely adorable babies, but sadly we did not have enough time to boost her health and the babies were not strong enough to pull through. Mandy, despite being a young mum, was pretty devastated, and we used her as aunty to many other babies that were born afterwards.

She is extremely caring and nurturing of other guinea pigs, and is our most gentle and softest girl. She will now run over to you in her enclosure to eat treats out of your hand, and is easy to pick up. Loves to sit on your lap while you type on the computer, and will push her head into your hand as you give her pats. No longer the skinny girl, she is fit and healthy so there is no excuse we can use to hold onto her for any longer. She will need a special home to move onto.
