About Bohdi (Dog/Cat/Poultry Exposure)
Bodhi is our goregous, 6 week old Mastiff x Border Collie Mix of cuteness!.
Bodhi is being fostered with his brother Arlo with his foster mum and dad, cats, chickens and a large breed dog foster sister. He is being slowly introduced to the cats and chickens, but spends most of his time with the other dogs. Bodhi is being crate trained, and sleeps through the night with his brother in their own room.
Bodhi is a high energy, independent, outgoing and adventurous puppy. He is very curious and loves exploring in the bushes in the garden, chasing leaves and chewing sticks. He loves rumbling and playing chase with his brother and foster sister, and is good at sharing toys. He is very playful and affectionate with everyone he meets, but is just as happy to potter around on his own and take himself off for a snooze in his bed.
He is doing well with potting training and is learning to wait for his dinner and come when called. Bodhi can become a little anxious while travelling, but is becoming more settled with practice, having daily trips in the car.
Bodhi will be a high energy medium sized dog, and will fit in well with an active family with plenty of time for walks and games, and a big yard to run around in. He would enjoy the company of older children and other dogs to play with. The Border Collie in him will enjoy lots of training and stimulation.

Adoption details
When enquiring about Bohdi, please give us some indication of the type of home that he would have with you. We are interested in things such as other animals (past and present), children who may have contact with the dog, whether you own or rent your home (Permission from your landlord a MUST), what opportunities for socialisation outside the home your dog would have, how much you/someone is home and most importantly, why you feel this dog may be suitable for you.
Wally's Doggie Rescue put a lot of time and effort into ensuring our dogs/pups are sociable and made to feel part of the family, so in considering adoptions, these are the type of things we will be looking for in a new family.
Wyong Dog Training Club will provide 3 free dog training sessions http://wyongdogtrainingclub.org.au/ . So please be sure to utilise this awesome gift which will benefit both you and Bohdi.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
