About ** Allan
** Allan has been reduced to $100! **
Allan is big, lovable, chilled-out dude. He is a beautiful marble tabby with four perfect white socks. He enjoys the company of people and cats (even annoying little kittens who like to tackle him!) and gets along well with dogs and children. Allan is a content, easy going cat and is very easy to live with. He enjoys human company and will happily curl up by your side or sit on your lap when you're relaxing on the couch. Allan can be a little stand-offish when he is first meeting new people but, once he trusts you, he is a loving guy. He loves rubbing his head up against you and having his big fluffy cheeks scratched. According to Allan, there is one compulsory requirement for his new home: a heater! He LOVES it. If the heater is on, he will happily spend most of the day purring and sleeping next to it. Allan is litter trained and comes when he is called (“Allan! Allan! Allan! Wait… that’s not Allan, it’s Steve”).

Adoption details
Firstly you will need to complete an application with your name and address and contact details for the microchip records. Our online application form is available on our website http://www.radarescue.org/online-application-form
Or an application form can be requested by using the Email Carer feature on the pet's listing.
Please note that while we consider all applications in the order in which we receive them, our animals are not adopted out on a first come, first served basis. Our objective is to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable ‘forever’ home available to meet the animal's (and the person’s) characteristics and needs.
The final decision about which new home the animal goes to is made by the foster carer based on their knowledge and understanding of the potential home and the personality of the individual animal. Sometimes it may take several enquiries before you find the right RADAR furry friend for you!
We will need a non-refundable holding deposit of $50 minimum to hold a pet for you whilst awaiting everything to be finalised, however this amount is deducted from the adoption fee.
RADAR expects full payment on exchange of the pet or prior to it leaving on transport.
RADAR expects you to be responsible for transport costs. We can help source appropriate transport options or help find accommodation if you need to travel and stay overnight.
It is understood that if all goes wrong that you can return the pet safely and unharmed to RADAR for a full refund within one week of the adoption.
