Harvey

Harvey is super smart he loves playing soccer with my six year old. He kicks or moves it around with his nose bring it back to him then waits for more. I can just imagine him learning some really cool tricks.

He needs an active and interesting life.

Daily walks and fun with his ball are a must. He is not one to sit in a back yard all day with no human fun. He is living in a foster home with a small dog and is fine with the two kids, age 6 & 9. He is active healthy and ready to play and be loved.

He knows sit is starting to walk nice on a lead (is a bit scared of large trucks when they use their air breaks but getting used to it ) Hasn’t chewed anything. Not a barker only barks once in a while and normally for a reason. Not a huge digger he has one hole that he hides his bone in but hasn’t dug any other holes and once his done he fills it back in so he thinks we don’t know where it is.

He is learning“on your bed” when he comes inside, and sleeps the full night with no trouble.

Loves Loves Loves his ball and brings it back to you and learning as soon as he drops he gets to play again. He not too bad on his recall and this will come in time when he builds trust. Knows the command “Harvey outside”. Knows not to push past you as you come inside by saying “stay”. He needs patience to settle inside as he thinks he coming in to play but is learning he loves pats just as much. Like any dog needs to keep up with his training and be consistent making sure he grows into a well mannered dog.

Harvey is a special, super engaged, intelligent, fun loving dog.
