Freida ~ Shih Tzu x Wolfhound (On Trial 27/5/16)

Hi I'm Freida, as you can tell from my photos I'm an interesting mix, Shih Tzu cross Wolfhound. My foster mum thinks it makes me unique as I am Shih Tzu size (except for my big feet) with a wolfy coat and beautiful big green eyes.

I'm not very old, only 5 months, so I'm still a puppy and exploring my world. I definitely need to continue my training so I know the rules but I'm smart and will get it pretty soon.

I love my toys so my new home will need to have lots as I like to collect them all and lay on them until I decide which one I want to play with. I do like to run around with my 4 legged foster brothers. They are my size but I think bigger dogs would be okay too.

I also love my humans, I want to be with you always. I'm happy to lay near you while you cook, work or whatever you are doing. When I decide I want a cuddle I'll come running, my foster mum says it's more like a tackle than a hug but as I'm only 8kg it's not so bad and makes her laugh.

My foster mum’s wishes for my forever home are:

1. A home with a safe backyard where I can explore and a nice warm bed (indoors) at night. I have great bed manners and sleep real good overnight.

2. Exercise - My foster mum calls me a 'food hoover'? I can't help it if everything tastes delicious, so exercising me by taking me on walks in the big wide world to burn off the extra meaty treats is essential.

My wishes for my new home are:

1. humans who love me and are able to spend lots of time with me. I can fret when I'm left alone.

2. My next wish is that my humans will be patient with me and help me learn. I am a happy go lucky girl but as I grow I'll need to keep my manners in check. I'll be great with the little humans if you can help me with my manners, but as I like to play maybe 6yrs or more would be best.

3. My last wish is for a doggy playmate. I love to play and run so having a furry friend would be amazing.
