Geordy ~ Labrador x Goldie puppy (Trial 14/5/16)

Geordy is a 9 week old, male, Labrador x Golden Retreiver. He is very people orientated and loves to be where you are and to be picked up for a snuggle. When there is no human to play with he spends his time chasing and wrestling with all the other pups and adult dogs in his foster home, hiding amongst the ferns and shrubs, and testing out lots of different toys. He is fearless and has lots of courage for his age and size!

Geordy is a very healthy little puppy who has been raised in a home environment. He will grow up to be a medium sized dog. We recommend puppy training classes for all puppies. Geordy will need a daily walk, toys, and interaction with people. Puppies are a big commitment for approximately 12 to 15 years.

He will be great family dog and is suitable for children 8 years and older. You will need good fencing with no small gaps. He cannot go to rural fencing (eg: mesh or wire).

It would be a big plus if you have a friendly adult dog as a teacher, companion and playmate for Geordy. If you don't have another dog to keep him company, then there needs to be someone in the household that doesn't work full time.

As Geordy is not yet desexed, he is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and Port Stephens because he'll need to be returned to our vet for desexing when he's 4 or 5 months old.
