Taffy

Taffy is a wee heart stealing scruffy wolfhound / staghound cross. Complete with beautiful Tassie tiger stripes on her side and a white fluffy bib. She has a relatively calm nature and is just adorable.

She has won over our slightly grumpy 9 year old greyhound lab cross and will often try to sleep on top of her, and only moves when she becomes too hot. When at the dog park she can get a bit frightened by big boisterous dogs but after a couple of minutes she has a play with the dogs, but wont stray too far from you. She is excellent on the lead too. No pulling and trots nicely next to you when walking. She has always come when I have called too — she is bright and eager to please and sits for food and treats. I think she would take well to puppy school and any training. She already does a very cute commando crawl to be able to sit in your lap, and when friends have brought their kids around she was gentle and calm.

She is definitely an inside dog and would be good with a fellow fur brother or sister to hang out with if, but she will be fine as a solo dog too.

Also, her toilet training has started, and she's good during day but can have an accident at night but not every night.
