About Biscuit
Biscuit is very much boxer in appearance but not high energy like the breed is known for. Appearance wise he is smaller in stature and has a more solid body but is a medium sized boy and fully grown as well. He is more than happy to hang out around the house and have a nap on the lounge or in a laundry on a bed than run around chaotically. He is good with other dogs but really isn't interested in being around them so we think he could very easily be an only dog with just human affection and companionship. But he could just as easily go to a home with another dog as well.
Biscuit is moderately active, and would be more than happy to be in a home where he gets exercised daily either by walking or going to the beach or maybe a drive. He's pretty easy. Biscuit hasn't met any cats in his life so we would suggest either a slow integration with training or a home without them.
He has been around young kids and was very polite with his interactions so could easily be housed with those as well. His current foster home has horses and chickens in a coop and he doesn't seem to be phased by either of these.
We would recommend safe and secure fencing for him of at least 5ft so he is safe in his own yard and a home that would allow him indoors would be nice as well, but isn't essential.
Biscuit is toilet trained, leash trained, car trained and knows his basic obedience and really isn't demanding at all. He is great with food, and hasn't shown any aggression since being in care and also seems to tolerate almost all brands of food with ease as well.
This beautiful boy would be a great addition to any household and is an amazing companion for all.
Adoption details
In the ENQUIRY SECTION please explain in LENGTH some basics about yourself/ your life/ your household and what type of life you can provide for one of our rescue animals.
If successful, you would be contacted by phone, where we will talk about your enquiry and potentially organise a meet and greet between you/ your dogs/ your family and the potential candidate
From there, you can either take your animal with you if the meet and greet was successful and their vet work has been completed- or if the vet work hasn't been completed, you must wait until it's finished before taking your new friend home which will be organised between yourself and the foster carer.
Every animal has a 2 week trial period.
