About Hank ~ 6mo Lab X Mastiff puppy (On Trial 30/7/16)
Meet Hank, the handsome little 6 month old Lab x Mastiff puppy. This guy is the most loyal sidekick, and absolutely loves to follow you around and help out with whatever you’re doing.
Hank is a playful pup who is more than happy to chase a tennis ball (sometimes he even gives it back to you), waddle around with a stick in his mouth or just sit around and watch the world go by. He is in care with 2 adult dogs and one puppy so he looooooves play time and has boundless energy, until he falls asleep on the spot. Because he loves company so much, Hank MUST go to a home with another friendly active dog. I should also warn you that he is a MASSIVE snuggler!
Currently Hank is an inside/outside pup, which means that he sleeps inside but is more than happy to be outside to run around and play during the day (We love people who treat their dogs like family and agree that they should be allowed inside for snuggle time). Hank is a very smart boy and understands commands and basic games well for such a young dog.
Being a medium/large breed he will need 6ft fences.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
