About Rainbow -On Hold
Rainbow -on hold does not need to be rehomed with phoebe. There is a bit of a sad story with these two rabbits. We got a call earlier today from our lovely vets, who told us there was a lady with her two bunnies to be euthanased. Her children had lost interest in these two beautiful and healthy animals. Naturally they came here straight away, and have been saved from the needle. Phoebe and rainbow are vaccinated against the calici virus, and are friendly and good natured. They will quite happily hop around in the garden during the day, and are not difficult to put back into their hutch at night. Rainbow is a lovely girl that is learning to trust humans again. She obviously has had some bad experience as initially she would race away and not want to be touched. She is now coming over for treats, and is slowly learning that head rubs are infact quite nice! soon she'll be a happy bunny, but will need on-going training in her new home with someone who has the patience. She's suitable for gentle, older children, who have learnt to be calm around small animals. *** e-maills are preferred ***
