About Tauren
Meet our gentle boy Tauren who has come into care after his former owner became too unwell to care for him. Tauren is a six old stock coated German Shepherd currently in care at Taree.
A loving and gentle boy who enjoys being around his human pack and having the comfort of inclusion in the family home where he settle inside. Tauren has been a much loved companion dog and has lived with a small dog although careful introductions are always recommended. We know he is good around little dogs as he lived with a maltese and also a female terrier in his previous home. Tauren would benefit from further lead training as he can be very strong on the lead and does display some lead reactivity when meeting other dogs in the street.
Tauren still enjoys his playtime and we are looking for an experienced shepherd owner who understands their needs.
A striking handsome dog who needs to gain some weight and coat condition and during his time in foster care he will be receiving good nutrition which will help him along so we are looking for a home where Tauren can have inclusion in the family home and can have a gentle walk each day and be a companion dog for an older couple or single retiree.
For more information on Tauren please contact us.
Medical notes
Tauren has been desexed, vaccinated C5, is heart worm tested negative.
