Zac

Our names are Brax and Zac. We were surrendered due to no fault of our own and are now searching for our forever homes.

We are so similar that our carer thought the same profile would be fine! First things first, Brax has the mostly black face and Zac has a mostly white face.

We are extremely friendly outgoing Border Collies, perhaps even too friendly with our people and crave human affection. So the sort of home that would suit us are where someone who is home a lot or with another dog would be the ideal for both of us (together would be perfect!)

We can both be attention seeking, and do require training, so someone with experience with working breeds would be best. We also need regular exercise as we are quite energetic, and plenty of mental stimulation otherwise we may become bored which leads to unwanted behaviours.

Our foster carer describes us as the most beautifully natured dogs who adore her own two small dogs. We are always looking to play and run around with them! She also says we are very mischievous and will do anything for a bit of attention, including sneaking in her doggy door wandering around the house hoping no one notices! Of course we are only puppies and still have a lot of growing up to do.

We are a little timid when it comes to going through simple things like doors or getting into the car, however lots of confidence building training will help them immensely (Zac has a little more confidence than Brax.)

We know basic obedience and come to our names, however aren't tested off lead so couldn't say what we may be like. Border Collies as most people know are one of the most intelligent breeds and excel at all sorts of obedience and dog sports but we do need an experienced handler and plenty of exercise.
We will make superb companions in the right home.
