About Max (Moodle)
Max is super sweet, obedient and very handsome! He is in foster care with 3 other dogs and had no issues at all with any of them. Max is also living with children who he loves to snuggle with, and lovesss a good belly rub. Max has been exposed to cats while in care and would quite happily share a home with one as long as they were dog friendly.
Since coming into care, Max has learnt to use a doggie door and fully toilet trained as long as he has access to the outdoors. He will be your little shadow, following you wherever you go and would make the perfect companion for someone. Max is low energy and whilst he loves his walks, he doesn't need a whole lot of exercise. He will eat anything you offer him and not fussy at all with his food.
Max is a clever little boy who is very trainable. He responds well to his name and will sit on command. If your wanting a dog to snuggle with at night, then Max would be happy with that. If you would prefer he sleep on his own bed, he's happy to do that too. He adapts well to just about any situation.
When Max arrived into care with Wally's, he had a yeast infection in both ears and irritated/inflamed skin. He had lost quite a bit of fur from his body and we believe this was due to the neglected state of him, along with fleas. With some ear drops, coconut oil and Malaseb baths, he is now looking fantastic!
Max will come Microchipped, vaccinated, desexed, wormed and flea treated. All his vet work is now complete and he is waiting for his new family to meet him. He is located in Lake Munmorah, NSW.
Medical notes
Regular ear cleans required to keep them healthy and regular Malaseb baths to keep his skin and coat looking great.

Please contact Vanessa via phone/email should you wish to meet Max.
When enquiring about Max, please give us some indication of the type of home that he would have with you. We are interested in things such as other animals (past and present), children who may have contact with the dog, whether you own or rent your home, what opportunities for socialization outside the home your dog would have, how much you/someone is home and most importantly, why you feel this dog may be suitable for you.
Wally's Doggie Rescue put a lot of time and effort into ensuring our dogs/pups are sociable and made to feel part of the family, so in considering adoptions, these are the type of things we will be looking for in a new family.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
