Freya

Meet Freya…Freya was abandoned by her owners when they moved house; she was then attacked by a local dog and badly mauled while she waited for her owners to return for her (which they never did). She received no vet care and was left to recover or die by herself. Amazingly this gorgeous girl did recover but now has severe scarring on her right side and neck. Freya came to Little Paws thanks to a lovely Good Samaritan who spotted her and got in touch with us.
Freya is truly a warrior and is a very gently and loving soul who will need a very special home that will appreciate her for the amazingly brave kitty that she is. Due to what happened to her, Freya will not be suited to a home with dogs but would be okay with gentle children and cats.

All Little Paws kitties come to you vet checked, desexed, vaccinated, micro chipped, wormed, flea treated and litter trained. As we are a rescue group, the adoption fee is not negotiable. Little Paws kitties are indoor or cat enclosure only and must go to homes that intend them to stay that way, for their safety and health and for the environment. It is our foster carer’s choice as to which home a kitty goes to. We match kitties to their new family; we do not necessarily “sell” to the first caller. As our foster carers are all volunteers raising kitties in their own home, we would appreciate a call if you cannot make an appointment.
