About Happy ~ 1yo Fox Terrier X boy (Trial 17/4/16)
Happy is a 14 month old male Fox Terrier X. He is a beautiful, friendly little boy and he gets on great with his foster dog siblings.
Happy loves to run and play - he has so much energy. Happy is a quick learner as he wants to be loved. He would like to learn more with his new family.
Happy is a snuggler - he loves to get cuddles and curl up for a sleep (preferably on whoever is close and looks like a good place to get comfy). He is a beautiful little guy who shares his love.
Happy is an inside dog and needs to be allowed inside, at least when people are home, and to sleep inside.
Happy is suited for all families. He would very much like to have a playmate, but if an only dog then he would love lots of attention and play so he doesn’t get lonely.
For more information or to meet Happy, please contact his foster carer Doug on 0418 629 853 or email redkelpie.da@gmail.com. Happy is in foster care in Blackalls Park, NSW (Lake Macquarie, south of Newcastle) and is available for adoption interstate.
Happy's adoption fee is $400 and he is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and lifetime registered. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
