About Reggie
Have my eyes melted your heart yet? If they haven’t, my personality sure will!
My name is Reggie, I’m 4 months old and I’ve been told I’m an absolute sweetheart and a bit of a clown (but a very loveable one!). I’m a bouncing ball of fun and energy with a zest for life, which is really just beginning for me.
I love giving and receiving cuddles and my foster mum says I have an endearing habit of finding you whenever I want a nap, just so I can curl up next to you with my head resting on your knee.
I’m eager to please and want nothing more than to be close with you. I’m a quick learner – I’m almost house trained and know how to sit, drop, stay, come and am learning how to roll over. My foster mum does say I need to work on my puppy kisses though (apparently I give too many!).
My perfect family would let me sleep on the bed with them – I love curling up by your feet to make sure I protect you throughout the night. But I’ll understand if I can’t – please just be patient with me as you train me and reassure me with love.
If you want to see me go bananas, just tell me you’re taking me for a walk. I love my walks! So much that I’ll sit by the door the moment you say it, just so you don’t forget me on your way out.
I enjoy car rides and playing with my toys, and boy do I love people and dogs! Old or young, big or small, I love them all. I’m living with two Japanese Spitzes and love to play with them – the thought of going to a home where I can have a doggy brother or sister just makes me shake with excitement.
Before my foster mum took me in, I was at the pound and I was so sad and lonely. I know my foster mum is going to miss me but every night I dream of having a furever family to call my own. I really hope I find them soon!
Tail wags and kisses,
Reggie
