About Joker
Meet Joker a young seven month old male German Shepherd blend who has been taken into care from a Newcastle animal shelter. You see Joker was abandoned at a young age and did not have a good start to life falling ill and being confined in a quarantine area of the animal shelter until he was well enough to be rescued and taken into our care.
Joker has recovered from his ordeal and is in good health and now learning that playing with his fellow rescue dogs is good fun and Joker is enjoying the freedom to run and play and the comforts of his foster home.
Joker is a stock coated blend of German Shepherd, he has learnt some obedience in his short life. He will sit on command, stay and will do "high fives" and also is good to walk on lead.
So if you are looking for a friendly and young German Shepherd dog for a friend for your existing dog or you have experience with the breed and would like to know more about Joker then please contact Pauline.
Joker is going to grow into a large dog weighing in around 35 kilos. He is smooth coated and is now house trained and will require secure fencing and preferably a home with older children due to his young age.
Medical notes
Joker comes desexed, vaccinated C5, on heart worm prevention and microchipped. He has been wormed and flea treated and will come hydrobathed.
