About Mia
Mia is a little pocket rocket, she has a beautiful red and chocolate coat and is the size of an English staffy. She is AMAZING with other dogs and is currently in foster care with 12 others, ranging in sizes from small to extra large old and young. She is also in foster care with 2 horses and some chickens and some young kids and she does great with everyone. We haven't tested her with cats, but honestly we think she will be fine!
Mia also adores people, everyone is her friend and she really deserves to find a home that will show her the same love that she devotes to everyone else. She is fully grown and in the early 20 kilo mark and has a confident yet calm personality.
She would suit a home with another dog as a companion as she really does adore their attention, she may be suitable as an only dog but it does depend on the situation. Safe and secure fencing is needed at least 5ft unless on property, in which considerations are made. And a home that is moderate to active would be great for her so she can go out on adventures and keep both her mind and body stimulated. We would love a home that includes the in the house by allowing her to sleep indoors or come indoors when people are home.
Adoption details
In the ENQUIRY SECTION please explain in LENGTH some basics about yourself/ your life/ your household and what type of life you can provide for one of our rescue animals.
If successful, you would be contacted by phone, where we will talk about your enquiry and potentially organise a meet and greet between you/ your dogs/ your family and the potential candidate
From there, you can either take your animal with you if the meet and greet was successful and their vet work has been completed- or if the vet work hasn't been completed, you must wait until it's finished before taking your new friend home which will be organised between yourself and the foster carer.
Every animal has a 2 week trial period.
