Billy is a gorgeous affectionate playful boy that can't wait to get into a home of his own. He has only had the chance to go out on a short-term foster but in that time he learnt so much about accepting love from humans and what it's like to live in a home. He is a happy content kitty who enjoys doing his own thing but also doesn't mind being held and cuddled. He also loves having toys to play with - either with his humans or on his own.
