Hi there I'm Frankie!

I was surrendered as my owners were no longer able to care for me but I promise I'm a friendly girl once I get to know you.

I can be a bit independent so I'm not always looking for pats and cuddles but I do like to play with some toys especially the ones that are soft and squeak! I just love shaking those ones around!

I'm starting to get close to my senior years and I can be a bit cranky around younger children that don't really understand my boundaries so I really need more of a mature household where people will give me some space when I need it.

I don't mind other dogs but I only really like a select few so if you have a doggy friend at home it'd be best you brought them in to meet me to make sure we get alone before we go home together. I'm not as fond of cats and tend to think of them as really fun things to chase so I don't think it's a good idea for me to go home with you if you've got cats or other small animals that like to run.

I can be a really nice girl once you get to know me it can just take a bit of time for that loving attachment to develop but once it's there it'll last forever!
