About Dixie
Dixie is the sweetest girl, just loves snuggling on the lounge with her human. She is good on the lead, only pulls s little, recalls well and has a great nature.
She came to us pregnant and just recently gave birth to 8 puppies. Now she is demonstrating what an incredible mum she is.
If you are considering adopting, but have a few things you want to get in order first then our little Dixie Chick could be the girl to win your heart.
Her babies were born Easter Sunday so in 8 weeks time the will be fully Werner and she can have her vet work completed. Already microchipped, she will be desexed and vaccinated once her mummy duties are completed. But you can meet her before then and you can be part of her journey before she goes into your loving arms.

OUR ADOPTION PROCESS
1. You see a dog you like.
2.Fill in our online adoption form by clicking here or on our website. Be sure to include any questions you may have on our adoption form.: (This form does not obligate you to adopt, it simply gives us an idea of your situation and needs.)

3. If your are successful one of our volunteers will contact you to organise a meet and greet at your home and conduct a yard check at the same time.
4. Should all go to plan, you will be welcomed to start your 2 week trial period immediately. Adoption fee will be required to be paid at the beginning of the trial period.
During the 2 week trial period, should you decide that this dog is not for you, you can return the dog at any time (the more notice the better, so we can ensure we have a foster carer available) and your payment will be returned to you in full, within 3 business days of the return of the dog.

We are a volunteer run organisation, who have their own jobs during the day, we don't have someone manning our phone during this time, therefore cannot respond to all inquiries immediately. The fastest way to have your questions answered is to include it in the application form. This will speed up your application with us, and help us communicate with you faster.
Please be patient with us, as the unpredictable nature of rescue may prevent us from clearing all enquiries regularly.
