Merida

Merida is the last one of her complete litter of 13 to find a home and this girl is extra special at that. She has a beautiful soft coat and a cheeky grin that is always there plus a tail that loves to wag so fast that it hits her in the back. Since being in foster care, Merida has been socialised with 12 other dogs ranging in sizes and ages be it a 9 kilo Boston terrier to a 63 kilo mastiff mix. Plus she's been with some cats, loads of people who have been at the house and young kids as well.
This girl should and would adapt to any household, be it with other dogs, as an only dog, with felines or young kids. She would be happy and thriving in all situations. She is currently learning her basic obedience such as sit and also her name, she is being leash trained and also toilet trained. But she does sleep outside with others most of the time by choice so if a home was looking for another outdoors dog, she would easily adapt to that.

A moderately active household would sit her well, a place where she can go on adventures and be socialised with others to make sure she is stable and loving doggie citizen as she grows up. A household where she is included in the family as well is essential and a home where there is safe and secure fencing so she is safe in her own yard, be that in suburbia or on acreage.
