About Snowy ID 30672
Meet Snowy!
Snowy is a happy, loving dog who is ready to find his forever home!
Snowy has characteristics typical of his breed; he always has his nose to the ground! He does love his food which makes him a great candidate for training, but recall may be a challenge due to his keen sense of smell distracting him!
Snowy would love to join a home who's looking for a relaxed companion to join them for indoor/outdoor time. He's very attached to his human friends so would love to feel a part of the family.
Snowy has plenty of energy and would love to get out and put that nose of his to good use! He'd enjoy exploring in new places and burning off some energy when he joins you for a regular walk.
Snowy would be best suited to a single-dog home at this stage; we recommend Snowy spend his time on-lead around other dogs as he prefers to be left alone, until his new owners get to know him a little better. He may benefit from attending a dog obedience school where he can learn social skills and practice fun new skills around other dogs!
If you'd like to meet Snowy, please come in for a meet and greet!
Medical notes
Snowy has an ongoing eye & ear infection which is currently being treated at the shelter. Please note this will need ongoing care & monitoring after his initial round of treatments provided by the shelter. Treatments after this would be at the cost of the adopter. Please see shetler/veterinary staff for further inquiries.
