About Ron
Ron was surrendered into Wally's care along with his siblings, Daisy and Winnie. Full of personality and energy and craving nothing but love, Ron just wants to be right there with you, wherever you go. He is currently in foster care with another young dog and they are the best of friends. Ron is learning some basic manners. He gets along well with other dogs both small and large once he's found his place in the pack. A calm older dog would be fantastic for Ron to help teach him social skills.
Ron is very food motivated and is already picking up the 'sit' command. Now that this gorgeous boy is being cared for the way he always should, he will learn what's acceptable and what isn't and basic manners. Ron LOVES children but we do recommend over the age of 8yrs due to his size and energy level. Ron is pretty well toilet trained unless it's raining when he suddenly forgets...or doesn't like to get his paws wet! Ron sleeps almost exclusively with his head upside down and is lapping up every bit of attention he possibly can in his foster home.
We would love to see Ron find a home where he has another doggie friend to keep him company when his family aren't home. A family who will be committed to continue his training so that he grows up to be a well mannered and sociable boy and most of all, a family who can show him the love that he so deserves. Being only a young dog, Ron likes to have a chew on things so plenty of pigs ears and chew toys would be ideal.
Wyong Dog Training Club will provide 3 free dog training sessions http://wyongdogtrainingclub.org.au/ so please be sure to utilise this awesome gift which will benefit both you and Ron.
If your interested in finding out more, or would love to meet this gorgeous boy, please follow the adoption procedure as stated below. Ron will come microchipped, desexed, vaccinated (1st and 2nd vacc covered), wormed and flea treated and will be available for adoption once his vet work is complete. He is located in Woy Woy on the Central Coast, NSW.

Please contact Vanessa via phone/email should you wish to meet Ron.
When enquiring about Ron, please give us some indication of the type of home that he would have with you. We are interested in things such as other animals (past and present), children who may have contact with the dog, whether you own or rent your home, what opportunities for socialization outside the home your dog would have, how much you/someone is home and most importantly, why you feel this dog may be suitable for you.
Wally's Doggie Rescue put a lot of time and effort into ensuring our dogs/pups are sociable and made to feel part of the family, so in considering adoptions, these are the type of things we will be looking for in a new family.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
