Rudi is a lovely, gentle and lively puppy. He loves to please and will respond to positive training especially when food is involved! Rudi gets on well with other dogs and just wants to play and have fun. Rudi is very affectionate and loves nothing more than a cuddle and to know that he is the centre of your world.

Rudi is toilet trained and is learning to walk on the lead without pulling – he was given no instruction or boundaries until taken into care at 6 months so he has quite a lot of learning to do but he is intelligent and with consistent encouragement takes rules on board.

Rudi absolutely loves the beach and is now swimming – he was scared of the water on first introduction. He also loves to run after his ball and will return it to you. Rudi has loads of potential but would prefer a home where he is not left alone for long periods of time or has a permanent canine friend as, being a lively puppy, he would get bored or lonely. He also needs a home where his new owner(s) are prepared to spend time positively training him to be their well-mannered best friend – he very much deserves this input and commitment.

Rudi is in foster care with the company of a resident dog and really enjoys this company – if not homed with another dog we would recommend regular socialising with dogs as he loves canine interaction.
