About Milo ~ 4yo male Fox Terrier (On trial 7/06/16)
My name is Milo - I’m a 4 year old male Fox Terrier and I’m as cute as a button, or so my foster mum tells me. My best qualities are: I am compact, cute, loyal, very good looking and very snuggly.
Let me tell you a bit about myself – I am a tiny boy, just a little over 4kg. I have the shiniest coat and sparkling teeth (I have just had my teeth cleaned). I can run and run all day until you sit down for some quiet time and then I am right beside you, snuggling in as close as I can get.
I love to play with my toys and I am happy to amuse myself, but if you would like to join in then I would be thrilled. I love to go for walks and, after the initial excitement, I am a real gentleman on the lead.
I am currently in foster care with dogs of all sizes and we all get on really well. I can be a little pushy with small dogs so if you have a big brother or sister for me that would be great – maybe about Labrador size. My foster mum says it’s probably best that I do not go to a new home with cats or pocket pets as I like to chase her cats – they can run really fast! The goat looks pretty exciting too, come to think of it. Well, everything is exciting and I’m ready for fun if you are!
My ideal home would be somewhere where I can sleep inside (I wouldn’t say no to the end of your bed) and have a loving companion who is happy to snuggle on the lounge and give me all the love and attention I deserve. I would ideally like my new owner to understand my breed and have some experience with Foxies – we are a bit special, but oh so cute.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
