About Georgie
GEORGIE is a wonderful dog with loads to offer! Not only is she friendly with dogs of all shapes and sizes but she loves cats too. She is the sort of dog that wants to walk with you, swim with you, drive with you and then cuddle up and nap with you at the end of the day. She is the perfect companion! This little treasure is crate trained and has been comfortable staying at home alone for up to six hours once she has settled in to her new home.
Georgie's new family would be best not leaving her at home for 8 hours a day every day, she likes to be part of the family. You must be willing to take on ongoing training with a qualified trainer with this girl as she is still very puppy-like.

This special girl had extensive jaw repair surgery on the 14th of March. 10 malformed teeth removed and one canine tooth shortened to help her recover. Thanks to the funds raised by our supporters Georgie was able to have specialist treatment including dental xrays and some difficult tooth extractions done without her jaw being damaged further. Unfortunately it seems as though her jaw won't be able to be plated but we have been able to make her more comfortable by removing the painful teeth that were damaged at the time it was injured. This means she will need special care at times but will be able to eat, drink, play, chew bones and live a normal, happy and pain free life.

4. Dog adopters will have a fence check to ensure their doggy won't run away!
