“Red”, Pure Joy. Brisbane/Sunshine Coast

‘Pure joy’ is how Red’s foster carers describe him. Red has taken to pet life like a duck to water, using the dog door correctly from day one, and learning commands extremely quickly. Of course, it helps that Red is fond of treats, and will happily do what he’s told to get one!

Red is in foster care with three other greyhounds, and likes being one of the pack. He doesn’t mind his humans going off to work as long as he has doggy friends around. Having come from a hoarder situation, we think Red would like another dog for company, and he plays well off-lead with dogs of all sizes. Red isn’t recommended for a home with cats, and hasn’t yet encountered children.

Red’s priority in life is having fun, whether he’s zooming around outside or at the dog beach (he’d like a home with space to run), or sharing kisses and cuddles with his humans. If Red thinks it’s time for a cuddle, he’ll let you know with a gentle whimper, followed by a soft bark to make sure you get the message. This habit is so cute that it gets him a cuddle every time!

At only three years old, Red has so much to offer. It will be a very lucky family who takes this stunning youngster home.
