About Jack
Introducing Jack!
Charming, cheeky and clumsy is probably the best words to use to describe Jack.
Jack is still working on his training but does know how to sit and is slowly learning not to jump up. He needs a bit more work at being calm around feeding time as he gets very excited about food. He’s proving to be a fast learner though so someone who can take the time and has the patience required to have a puppy will have him sitting and waiting for his food in no time.
He's been really good with house training and manages to take himself outside when he needs to most times. During the day Jack is mostly outside but does have access to the laundry via a doggie door which he's has no problem using.
While he has been in foster care Jack has been in the company of another Kelpie who's a bit older and after a couple of days just trying to work each other out they are now best of friends and continue to wrestle all day and sometimes night with naps in between! Being still so young he's got plenty of energy to burn so he enjoys a good walk each day and a play in the park.
Jack is certainly a lovable dog, he's got this personality that completely wins you over and you can’t help but just fall in love with him straight away. As you can see from the photos he's also adorable!

OUR ADOPTION PROCESS
1. You see a dog you like.
2.Fill in our online adoption form by clicking here or on our website. Be sure to include any questions you may have on our adoption form.: (This form does not obligate you to adopt, it simply gives us an idea of your situation and needs.)

3. If your are successful one of our volunteers will contact you to organise a meet and greet at your home and conduct a yard check at the same time.
4. Should all go to plan, you will be welcomed to start your 2 week trial period immediately. Adoption fee will be required to be paid at the beginning of the trial period.
During the 2 week trial period, should you decide that this dog is not for you, you can return the dog at any time (the more notice the better, so we can ensure we have a foster carer available) and your payment will be returned to you in full, within 3 business days of the return of the dog.

We are a volunteer run organisation, who have their own jobs during the day, we don't have someone manning our phone during this time, therefore cannot respond to all inquiries immediately. The fastest way to have your questions answered is to include it in the application form. This will speed up your application with us, and help us communicate with you faster.
Please be patient with us, as the unpredictable nature of rescue may prevent us from clearing all enquiries regularly.
