My name is Poppy and I have a little story to share with you. When I was only a couple of weeks old I began to feel sick, my nose was running, I was sneezing & sometimes it was hard for me to walk. Then I found myself in a warm bed, with food & water, but most importantly...medicine. I had cat flu. I was so sick & only weighting 400grams my chances of survival were very slim. But, each day I grew stronger as my medicine started to work, I actually began to feel like a normal kitten should. Now, I'm 3 times the size I was when I first came into care. I'm happy, healthy & let me tell you, it feels so good. As I almost lost my life, I now live each day to the fullest. My days consist of wrestling with my sister (bet she never thought I'd be the same size as her one day) toys, toys, and more toys...the more the merrier. I do like to carry them around in my mouth and make my sister chase me for them. I often find myself exploring my foster home, there is so many different things to play with, or hide in. I love all humans big or small. The small ones are so much to play around with, especially if they want to play with me and my toys. I am also fully litter trained. I use to be very scared of dogs but I have decided that they aren't so bad and as long as they aren't too rough and don't chase me, I am fine with them. I hope that me, the little fighter girl can be welcomed into a family that will shower me with love, cuddles (I LOVE cuddles) and toys...if you think you can, then please apply to become my new family.
