About Onyx & Bella
This cheeky brother and sister pair are two of the cutest cats I have come across, with the biggest personalities. Bella and Onyx are only approximately 8 months old, and have come an incredibly long way from where they started as strays, but they still have a little way to go. They have settled into home life well and are now very relaxed in an indoor environment, but it would be best if they were indoor only cats. They are a very playful pair and love their toys! I’ve even seen them trying to play with the knots in the wooden floorboards! They love to do everything together, which is why they need to be adopted together. It would be heartbreaking to split these two up!
They will still try to get out of being picked up by trotting away as they are still learning to love the idea of human cuddles, but they both enjoy it in their own funny way. With enough patience they will become the most affectionate cats. Bella is the most nervous out of the two, and takes a little to realise she’s only being shown love, and after a few minutes she will begin to purr quietly and even nudge you if she’s in a good mood! Onyx will lay back quietly and let you cuddle him, but isn’t as expressive of his enjoyment as Bella!
They have been living in a home with two other cats and a small dog (Jack Russell cross) and although it took them a couple of weeks, they now interact well. They play with the other cats, and will touch noses with the dog as they pass in the hallway.
It will be sad to see these two go, as they have brought many smiles and giggles during their time here, but I’m so excited for them to find their forever home because I know they will make the sweetest addition to a loving family.
Medical notes
Medical Notes: When they first came into care, they both had an issue with one eye each where their eyelashes were rubbing on their eye. After a small surgery this has been fixed! To ensure their eyes stay lubricated they require a small dab of Chlorsig Cream every few days; about 3 times a week. The cream is only about $5-$6 a tube and lasts a very long time. They take the cream well and don’t fight it at all, taking about 30 seconds all up!

We want our cat(s)/kitten(s) back as we do not want them to end up in the pound/out on the street or given away as we have put a lot of love and care into all our cats and kittens.
