About Kevin
Kevin was surrendered into Wally's care along with his siblings. He's a super snuggly boy who gets along well with other dogs and yet to be tested with cats. He is already learning some basic commands and toilet training is going well. Kevin is in foster care as an only dog with his carers but is being socialised with other dogs while in care.
He will be a large dog when fully grown and will certainly need ongoing training in his new home so that he grows up to be well mannered and sociable. He doesn't seem interested in chasing balls at this stage but does love chewing on raw hide chew toys. Kevin will happily lay at your feet and seems content with being wherever you are. He loves children and enjoys interacting with them.
Kevin can be nervous around new people and loud noises but once he has gained your trust, he will be your shadow and friend for life. Kevin will need a home and family that understand these issues and will need a patient, loving home with/without other dogs. As long as he has you, nothing else seems to matter.
Wyong Dog Training Club will provide 3 free dog training sessions http://wyongdogtrainingclub.org.au/ . So please be sure to utilise this awesome gift which will benefit both you and Kevin.
If your interested in finding out more, or would love to meet this gorgeous boy, please follow the adoption procedure as stated below. Kevin will come microchipped, desexed, vaccinated (1st and 2nd vacc covered), wormed and flea treated and will be available for adoption once his vet work is complete. He is booked in for desex on 31st March. Kevin is in foster care in Woy Woy on the Central Coast NSW.

When enquiring about Kevin, please give us some indication of the type of home that he would have with you. We are interested in things such as other animals (past and present), children who may have contact with the dog, whether you own or rent your home, what opportunities for socialization outside the home your dog would have, how much you/someone is home and most importantly, why you feel this dog may be suitable for you.
Wally's Doggie Rescue put a lot of time and effort into ensuring our dogs/pups are sociable and made to feel part of the family, so in considering adoptions, these are the type of things we will be looking for in a new family.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
