Hey hey! My name is Cookie! I am a lovely middle-aged man who is seeking a new family to be loved by! I was surrendered to Lort Smith Adoption Centre when my owner was no longer able to care for me. My ideal home would be one with no young children, lots of attention, nutritious food and a comfy place to curl up and sleep. While in the Adoption Centre, the lovely staff have been treating me for some itchy skin which has cleared up very nice now but ongoing good quality flea treatment is a must for me so that I do not get the itches again. I also have a condition called dry eye which will need to be managed with eye ointment twice a day for the rest of my life. If I don't get this treatment there is a chance I could lose my eye, so I my new humans will need to commit to this for my wellbeing. I need some on-going socialisation with other dogs, it would be best if my new home didn't have another existing dog. I love cuddles and love to play with toys.
