Walter

Walter is a teddy bear in disguise! He is a big, happy sweetheart who is gentle and loves cuddles and attention. Walter has learnt to walk on a lead and absolutely loves going out. He is in foster care with another older female greyhound and they get along really well, no fights over food or space. Walter is learning to eat a variety of foods and is slowing adjusting to eating a healthy diet. He is also learning to be comfortable in unfamiliar surroundings, loud crowded places still make him a bit nervous. Walter is a big dog but not dominant, he is happy to share toys and beds. He loves having a brush every day and enjoys getting wet under the hose on a hot day. Walter would prefer a forever home with another big gentle dog and people to give him lots of pats and cuddles.
