Delain

As a mature puppy, Delain makes a great companion. At first, Delain looks serious with his shiny, soft, black coat, 80cm height and strong physique. He barks when strangers come to the door, but underneath, he is a softie. He is quiet and humble inside the house and playful and energetic in the yard. Delain observes the rules of the house, such as staying out of the bedroom, not getting on to the sofa and not entering the kitchen. His manners suit his tuxedo appearance, waiting for the cue before launching into his food and returning to his bed the first time he is asked.

Delain is a cuddly dog despite his size -if ignored for some time, he will quietly come to you and either place his head in your lap or lean against you, looking for a few minutes of petting before letting you get back to your work.

Delain is a wonderful dog within the familiarity of the house but he is still unsure about the big world outside. Delain has been making great strides every day, getting more comfortable going on walks and learning how to walk with the lead. Delain is not comfortable sharing his home with another dog, so he is seeking a home where he can be the centre of attention. He needs his new owners to give him assurance to be able to meet other dogs and people more confidently. Delain is an obedient dog, willing to please and with just a bit more patient training, he will be your best fur friend forever.
