About Squirt
Squirt is fun loving adorable boy and although he is mixed with Border Collie he takes after the Kelpie in his looks and size. He is currently living with chickens and cats as well as other dogs , he is good with the chickens but still likes to bark at the cats so maybe a home without cats would be best suited in case he doesn't grow out of it .
Squirt would fit well into any family of size and age or even an active couple that has the time for a puppy . He does have a working breed background so a nice sized backyard with good fencing is recommended and of course when he grows up regular exercise will be important.
Squirt is located on the Central Coast in Long Jetty , he has been microchipped and has had his first vaccination , he will be desexed and available for adoption from 04.03.3016 . His second vaccination booster is also covered by Wally's Rescue but only at their local vet.
Adoption details
When enquiring about Squirt, please give us some indication of the type of home that he would have with you. We are interested in things such as other animals (past and present), children who may have contact with the dog, whether you own or rent your home, what opportunities for socialisation outside the home your dog would have, how much you/someone is home and most importantly, why you feel this dog may be suitable for you.
Wally's Dog Rescue put a lot of time and effort into ensuring our dogs/pups are sociable and made to feel part of the family, so in considering adoptions, these are the type of things we will be looking for in a new family.
To kickstart my training, Wyong Dog Training Club will provide 3 FREE dog training sessions
http://wyongdogtrainingclub.org.au/. So please be sure to utilise this awesome gift which will benefit both you and Squirt.
Wally's Doggie Rescue likes all of our rescues to be adopted into families that will continue their socialisation and allow their dogs inside of the home on a regular basis to ensure that they are part of the family. This is particulary so if they are to be an only dog.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
