About Seamus
Seamus was surrendered into Wally's care along with his siblings. He's a super snuggly boy who gets along well with other dogs and shows no interest in cats. He is already learning some basic commands and toilet training is under way. Seamus has shown to be a little food possessive but this is being corrected and doesn't have a problem with his foster mum and dad patting him or removing his bowl while eating.
This boy is sooo handsome! He will be a large dog when fully grown and will certainly need ongoing training in his new home so that he grows up to be well mannered and sociable. He doesn't seem interested in chasing balls at this stage but does love chewing on raw hide chew toys. Seamus will happily lay at your feet and seems content with being wherever you are.
Wyong Dog Training Club will provide 3 free dog training sessions http://wyongdogtrainingclub.org.au/ . So please be sure to utilise this awesome gift which will benefit both you and Seamus.
Seamus would do well in a home with or without another doggie companion, as long as he has you. He will need good secure fencing and a medium to large yard. We don't believe Seamus will be an overly energetic dog due to his breeds but will obviously require regular exercise.
If your interested in finding out more, or would love to meet this gorgeous boy, please following the adoption procedure as stated below. Seamus will come microchipped, desexed, vaccinated (1st and 2nd vacc covered), wormed and flea treated and will be available for adoption once his vet work is complete. Seamus is in foster care in Newcastle.

When enquiring about Seamus, please give us some indication of the type of home that he would have with you. We are interested in things such as other animals (past and present), children who may have contact with the dog, whether you own or rent your home, what opportunities for socialization outside the home your dog would have, how much you/someone is home and most importantly, why you feel this dog may be suitable for you.
Wally's Doggie Rescue put a lot of time and effort into ensuring our dogs/pups are sociable and made to feel part of the family, so in considering adoptions, these are the type of things we will be looking for in a new family
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
