About Daisy
Daisy is a beautiful natured girl with a very happy little personality.
She is a very loving, loyal girl who follows her humans around. She is a smart cookie and is a breeze to train. She loves to play with active kids, and plays ball and fetch with joy! She's not even phased by cats and has happily lived with them since she was a pup.
She would love to be included inside with her family and in return would offer such loving companionship.

Daisy is desexed, vaccinated & microchipped.

Completing this application form does not place you under any obligation to adopt.
Safe Haven Animal Rescue Inc have a 10 day trial/settling period, if for any reason the pet needs to be returned, we will happily take them back into our care once a foster home is found and the adoption fee minus $50 (admin fee) will be returned via bank transfer within 5 working days. If the pet is returned after the trial period there will be no refund made.
**Please note that all paperwork including the Microchip Change of owner form will be handed over after the 10 day trial period.**
Harvey Dog Training supports SHARI and has kindly offered to provide our adopted animals 30% off training/obedience classes. If you are keen to enrol your new puppy/dog please mention this in your email to us!
