G'day my name is Vicki I arrived here at the shelter as a lost girl with my sister Jo and my owner didn't want us back so I'm now ready to find a loving home to call my own. I'm an affectionate girl looking for an active family that will take me for long daily walks.
I will benefit from ongoing obedience training and socialisation inside and outside of the home to help me build confidence. I am a little nervous inside so this may take me a bit to get used to being inside with my new family.
I would best suit a home with calm confident children as quick movements scare me sometimes. I may be ok living with another dog so please ensure you bring any existing doggy pals in to meet me to ensure we are a great match. I may be happier being the only dog in your household...I want all the attention on me!
Cats scare me so I may be ok living with them providing any introduction is slow and supervised. I have met some chooks here at the shelter and I find these interesting so I may chase these in my new home - please ensure the chooks are in a secure enclosure.
My coat only needs a quick brush and regular baths to keep my coat looking fabulous. Please provide me with a warm kennel under shelter and lots of toys to keep me occupied when I'm alone. Ensure all fences are secure minimum 5-foot with no holes or gaps to keep me safe.
