Peter

Peter is looking for someone special to guide him, fill his life with positivity, be patient with him and give him lots of love. Peter is unsure, confused and sometimes a little scared but he hides it well as he is also a fun and very loving boy. Peter loves his daily walks but most of all he loves his toys. The more the merrier for Peter as he loves to interchange between them through the day. Peter loves to pick his toys up and run around crazy with them, shaking them and seeing them fly when he lets them go. When playing tug of war Peter puts on a growl and bares his teeth which can look a little scary but it's all in fun and games. Sometimes Peters likes to play solely with his human companion with soft jawing and needs reminding about getting over excited and carried away at times.
Peter gets on well with other dogs both male and female and would also be fine as an only dog as long as he gets lots of cuddles and attention. Peter would best be suited to a quiet home with no children and someone that has a lot of time for him.
Peter loves a raw meaty bone to chew on and is happy to take his time doing so. His not a fast eater but likes to lick his bowl super clean. Peter loves his raw meats, veggies and he will eat small dry food if it's mixed in.
Peter would really benefit from group obedience classes to give him a chance to show his real potential and boost his confidence.
Peters forever home must provide lots of pats and cuddles. Peter will nose at your arm lifting your arm up to slip his little head under for cuddles and his always in a hurry to greet you at the door. He will jump on the couch to cuddle you but much prefers his bed to sleep and rest in or his own corner on the couch.
Peter is a good listener and is good at following instructions but he can also get confused and sometimes a little bit stubborn.
Peter will bark if he is left in the backyard, he is trained with a doggy door and would prefer to stay indoors while you are out and about.
