About Peaches (Dog Friendly)
Meet Peaches a stunning purebred Pomeranian who spent the first part of her life in a puppyfarm and did not what human contact felt like or know what love was. Peaches as a result is very shy and timid. Peaches found herself at a Sydney Pound after her breeding career was over and faced a certain death. Peaches was saved by Wally's Doggie Rescue.
Peaches has been in foster care receiving intense rehabilitation, and still has a way to go, but feel her next journey of her life should be in her new forever home.
Peaches will need a lot of love ,patience and understanding it is going to take a bit of work to build the trust between her and her new owner but she is certainly worth it once she gets to know you, as she is a pure delight. Peaches loves going for walks. She is very friendly with other dogs not to sure about cats, she takes a wide step around them and ignores them. Peaches loves her food and is very food orientated. Peaches is very much your little LAP DOG.
Peaches is currently sleeping on the bed of her foster carers and enjoys all the finer things a princess should. Peaches is drawan towards females over males.
Peaches has never shown any aggression towards other dogs and or towards her food. Peaches prefers to be ignored around strangers and does not like direct eye contact. Peaches can not be approached by walking up to her with your hands out, she prefers to approach you when you are sitting down or if you get down low and approach her, Peaches is accepting of pats. Peaches does not like loud noises (hammer/leaf blower/lawnmower/screaming children) and will remove herself from the house or backyard. Peaches has been fine during the recent thunder storms as well.
Peaches will need an experience dog owner, who may have experience with rehabilitating dogs and showing life outside of a cage. Peaches still needs a lot of time and patience and I feel as her foster carer is ready to make the next journey into her forever home.
Peaches is learning to be inside dog and her toilet training is a work in progress.
A meet and greet of the beautiful Peaches can be arranged in Berkeley Vale.

Adoption details
When enquiring about Peaches, please give us some indication of the type of home that she would have with you. We are interested in things such as other animals (past and present), children who may have contact with the dog, whether you own or rent your home, what opportunities for socialisation outside the home your dog would have, how much you/someone is home and most importantly, why you feel this dog may be suitable for you.
Wally's Dog Rescue put a lot of time and effort into ensuring our dogs/pups are sociable and made to feel part of the family, so in considering adoptions, these are the type of things we will be looking for in a new family.
To kickstart my training, Wyong Dog Training Club will provide 3 FREE dog training sessions
http://wyongdogtrainingclub.org.au/. So please be sure to utilise this awesome gift which will benefit both you and Peaches.
Wally's Doggie Rescue likes all of our rescues to be adopted into families that will continue their socialisation and allow their dogs inside of the home on a regular basis to ensure that they are part of the family. This is particulary so if they are to be an only dog.
Peaches is located on Central Coast of NSW.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
