Scooter

Scooter is a typical little lap dog who lives to be by her owners side and follow them around like a shadow.

Her previous owner advised she is somewhere between 7-9 years of age, which the vets find hard to believe as she's in such great shape. They report she has great teeth and "the heart of an athlete.". We recently had Scooter's hips xrayed and even they were great, and she has no arthritis to boot!

Scooter has lived her life as a solitary outside dog, but since coming into foster care has adapted to being an inside / outside dog. Her toilet training is coming along very well, and with ongoing encouragement and vigilance we expect that she can be fully toilet trained before too long.

Scooter has gone from a life with no other pets to a foster home with large dogs, small dogs, cats, chooks and birds. She has adapted very well, confidently mixing with everyone. She is great with the cat and has even hung out with the chooks while they are free ranging.

Scooter will go to her new home health checked, desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and parasite treated. New owners will be required to register her with their local council.
